Greetings St. Paul. Where did the month go? As I write this the Lenten season has begun and tomorrow is St. Paterick’s Day. My apologies for being behind on this issue. I hope each of you are doing well on your Lenten journey and find time for devotions and other activities during this busy and trying time.

I wanted to share some notable events since our last newsletter in February. One of which is our Admin Sondra Knox has been with us a year now. Let’s all give her a big Thank you!

Another notable event you may have noticed is the Zoom Camera is now wireless so there our two less cables in the aisle in the Sanctuary. A big Thank You to John Murphy for installing an outlet above the camera and helping make this possible.

Tuesday, March 18th, the Zoom Committee headed by John Korslund will meet to discuss more improvements to the quality of the Zoom sound . More microphones for the sanctuary , organ, piano, etc. As a reminder if you make an announcement during the Sunday service. Please come up front by the font so that those on Zoom can see and hear you!

The committee will also be discussing the future of Zoom at St. Paul’s. We are reaching a crossroads and may soon have to decide on a platform. That is do we want to stay with Zoom, or go to Facebook, or YouTube. Stay with the current format, or stream on the church website or have links to prerecorded services on the website. Not just the audio but the entire service.

The committee will be making recommendations to the council so if you have any input please get in touch with John Korslund or myself.
